As for the smart door lock, itself – perfect on my sliding glass door. Very sturdy, easy to use, very secure, and backed by a one year warranty (you can add two more years, as well).
Just turned out I didn't have the problem I thought I had, but Moises and his tech team were on it in five minutes.

Highly recommend The Connected Shop. I have a Marvin Ultimate door, which is notoriously difficult to retrofit with a smart lock because of its multi-point locking system. The Connected Shop assured me they had a solution, and after some back-and-forth they delivered.

My own local locksmith initially backed out mid-install, worried about drilling through the multi-point pin rod (understandable - you can't undo those holes). At that point I was ready to return the handle. Instead, the owner reached out to me directly, walked me through why it would work, and connected me with a locksmith partner in my area. That locksmith came out, stayed on the phone with The Connected Shop throughout the install, and got it done with no issues.

What stood out: the owner personally got involved, they have a network of locksmiths who know this product, and they don't disappear after the sale. If you have a Marvin Ultimate or similar multi-point door and have been told a smart lock isn't possible, talk to these folks first. Very happy with the final result.
